The staff was OK but the food was straight awful. Its the worst sonic I've ever been to.
Service was ok but; Bathroom can use a good cleaning. The floor and drain areas were filthy.
Drove through. My order needed correcting twice. They charged me for a flavor shot that they didn't put in the drink. The associate handed me a bag that had been sitting in some sticky bright red liquid and it stained my pants. The tots were lukewarm at best. Sandwich was hot, though, so that earns a star. But the process took 20 minutes at a drive through, which I consider excessive.
I really wish 0 stars was an option!! My husband and I went through the drive through, placed our order, and paid before being asked to pull over and wait for them to bring our order to us. Within reasonable time we received half of our order. We then waited 41 minutes for our ice creams. Why were we not told at the drive through that the ice cream machine was broken? We asked the server for a refund and then waited 10 more minutes, he never returned. My husband had to knock on the door and wait again for service. Ultimately, we did get our refund; but we will not be returning to this Sonic location.
I go to this sonic all the time. It seems in the last few months the place has went down hill. With that being said I was surprised when I went there tonight and was given excellent service! I came through the drive through and received my food in record time and it was correct! The young lady in drive thru gave the best customer service I've received yet when I asked if I could pull in and eat in at one if the tables she said no problem and even came back to check on me and refill my drinks! What ever changes this sonic is making keep it up!
