For me this place is a bit pricey. The owner started this place on his own but I think he sort sold it out to a company. They know what they're doing here however.
They have always done what they can to help my family and I out. We have serviced 3 different cars with them this year and they have made sure that they all were serviced correctly. They do whatever is within their ability to service and if they cant service it, they'll let you know where to go from there. Good service.
Purchased tires thinking I received a warranty and that was not the case. 13 days after purchase I had a flat and they were not willing to assist. I will not recommend or do business there in the future.
Some time ago, we were moving, and our U-Haul got a flat on Hwy 74 across from the Ford Dealership. U-Haul made us wait four hours for an outfit from Rockingham if we wanted the tire replacement to be free. The outfit from Rockingham stood us up, and told us they were never called by U-Haul. Wadesboro Tire & Auto was 2 minutes away, and we finally got corporate U-Haul to agree to let them replace the tire. Not even FORD had the tire in stock. Wadesboro Tire & Auto had it in stock, and after we got them paid by U-Haul we were back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Wadesboro Tire & Auto saved the day. Thanks so much!
